NCDAC 's mission is to increase awareness of the need for communication, understanding, and respect among people of diverse nationalities, ethnic and racial backgrounds.

 Through community events, workplace cultural diversity training, youth cultural diversity workshops, and alliances with corporations, educational institutions, government agencies, and non-profit organizations, NCDAC addresses the important issues of multiculturalism facing our nation today, while promoting the values of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.,  Patriotism, the American Spirit, and Civility.
